Jeff Welch is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory Practice, with over 13 years of experience in Third Party Risk Management and Supply Chain Risk Management, including designing compliance & cost recovery programs, TPRM program assessments, TPRM program design/build, managed service activities, and integration with technology, including GRCs and Cyber Risk platforms. He has experience in Federal, State, and Local Government and Higher Education, but also Energy & Resource, Financial Services, and Consumer Products. The services provided by Jeff focus on strategy and the assessment, design, and build of risk management programs that connect multiple functions in an organization, including Internal Audit, Procurement, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.
