J.J. Waller is the Chief Financial Officer at SCAD. In his current role, he is responsible for the business office, giving, IT, and real estate development. Mr. Waller has been with SCAD since 2009, serving in numerous roles across the university. His focus has been on improving financial results through operational improvements, participating in all major negotiations for large contracts, leading capital planning, and restructuring debt. Prior to joining SCAD, Mr. Waller was in financial consulting focusing on mergers and acquisitions, fair market value compensation studies, and interim practice management in the healthcare field. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in banking and finance and a Master of Arts in economics from the University of Mississippi.
