Jennifer Duncan

Jennifer Duncan, CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, and PMP Jennifer Duncan leads the Cybersecurity Program for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to include oversight of the agency’s governance, risk, and compliance, incident response, security operations, and cyber threat intelligence capabilities. Jennifer has twenty years’ experience in IT and cybersecurity, in both, government and private sector. Prior to joining NCUA, Jennifer worked at the Department of Health and Human Services, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Department of Veterans Affairs, and JPI Consulting. Jennifer holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (B.S.) and George Washington University (M.S.) as well as several industry certifications to include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
