Jennifer Garrett

Jennifer Garrett is the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Program Integrity Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Labor’s, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Unemployment Insurance (OUI). Jennifer has over 15 years of experience working in the UI program at both the state and Federal levels. Jennifer has served as the UI Program Integrity Coordinator since July 2020, where she coordinates program integrity activities for the UI program and oversees UI fraud risk management efforts, in partnership with the Department of Labor’s Office of Chief Financial Officer. Some of Jennifer’s responsibilities include developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to pursue data sharing initiatives on behalf of state UI programs and developing, evaluating, and executing the UI antifraud strategies. Jennifer also a member of the National Association of State Workforce Agencies’ UI Integrity Center Steering Committee. In Jennifer’s free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring different food scenes for unique culinary experiences.
