Mr. Jesse Simons CGFM

Jesse Simons, CGFM, PMP, is a Branch Chief at the National Science Foundation. His organization is responsible for NSF’s portfolio of grant and commercial payment operations and baseline grant monitoring activities. He has 14 years of public and private sector experience leading cross-functional teams specializing in federal financial management and reporting, data and analytics, and financial process improvement. Prior to NSF, he was a Director in KPMG’s Federal Advisory Practice specializing in financial information and technology management. He is a member of AGA’s Washington, D.C. chapter.
