Jim Healy

Jim Healy is a Senior Analyst in GAO’s Forensic Audits and Investigative Service team. He leads work on fraud risk management at various agencies and programs across the federal government. He previously worked in GAO’s Financial Management and Assurance team, where his work focused on government-wide improper payments. Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
