Joe McIntyre

Joe McIntyre is the Executive Director of Enterprise Development for the Office of the CFO for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). This position includes serving as the Executive Director of NASA’s CFO University Program which is responsible for all internal training for financial professionals and partnering colleagues across the Agency, as well as external training and financial operations performance management. Prior to that, Joe Served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer over Agency Financial Operations (Finance) for 2 years. In this role, Joe was responsible for providing senior executive leadership and direction for all financial operations across the Agency including accounting operations and policy, internal and external financial reporting, data analytics, internal controls, enterprise risk management, financial systems, financial policy, and financial audit. Mr. McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics from San Jose State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the California State University East Bay, where he was awarded for outstanding academic achievement.
