Johan Bos-Beijer

Special Assistant to the Inspector General, Naval IG/NAVSEA IG

Mr. Johan Bos-Beijer is currently serving on an executive support assignment as Special Assistant to the Naval Inspector General and Senior Advisor to the Naval Seas Systems Command Inspector General. He recently served as Acting Director and Senior Advisor for the DATA Act Program at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during a critical transition and roll out period for program management. Prior to that assignment he served as the Director of Analytics & Services, Office of the Technology Transformation Service Commissioner (formerly the Office of the Assistant Administrator, Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technology) at GSA which he co-conceived and also authored the Analytics as a Service (AaaS) delivery program in 2009. His prior engagements include the conception, design, and implementation of the Consolidated Data Analytics Center (CDAC) for the HHS Inspector General and implementation of the Strategic Solutions and Security Services Division at GSA. Mr. Bos-Beijer joined the federal government in the capacity of Supervisory Auditor at the Department of Education and in subsequent years built the first data warehousing and analytics capability for Federal Student Aid as well as implementation of the National Student Load Data System (NSLDS). He works extensively with members of the Federal and State Inspector Generals, Law Enforcement, and Program Management communities in program management and oversight, as well as data analytics.
