A seasoned leader in technology and national security, John Black currently is a Capture Manager at Millennium Corporation, a leading provider of Cyber Red Team Services for the National Security Community. As the founder of OFFSET3, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, he introduced innovative cybersecurity technology recognized by the SBIR program. John's military service spans 34 years with the Army Reserve, where he is now a cyber warfare technician with the 75th Innovation Command. A combat veteran with multiple overseas deployments, John has earned numerous qualifications and decorations. He holds degrees from Davidson College and the University of Maryland Global Campus and has written on topics such as innovation culture, cybersecurity, AI, and IoT data fusion.
