Ms. Joi Reece

Program Manager for Organizational Development, GAO

Joi Reece is the Program Manager for Organizational Development (OD) at the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) in the Office of DEIA. In this capacity, she has designed and executed behavior-related interventions for intact management and non-management teams, with a specific focus on promoting team cohesion, inclusion, and psychological safety. She most recently developed and led an organization-wide effort to infuse inclusive leadership and psychological safety into GAO’s culture. Additionally, she continues to directly advise and coach senior leaders on implementing best practices for organizational leadership. Ms. Reece is held in high esteem by former and current colleagues for her wealth of knowledge, passion, commitment to her work, and ability to stimulate forward thinking. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and several certifications, including Leadership Development & Succession Strategy, Human Capital Strategy, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
