Jonathan Morse is the Acting Center Director at the CMS Center for Program Integrity. CPI leads agency efforts to reduce fraud, waste and abuse in Medicare, Medicaid and CMS private plan programs through data analytics, provider education, investigation, audits, management of provider enrollment processes and numerous pre-payment and post-payment initiatives. In his role as Acting Director, Jonathan leads both policy and operations for all program integrity functions. Previously, Jonathan worked at the White House Office of Management and Budget, working with CMS on Medicare physician payment policy and program integrity issues. Prior to joining CMS in 2015, Jonathan served as a Senior Manager for Deloitte. Jonathan received his B.A. from Union College and his J.D. in Health Law from the University of Maryland.
