Joe is an innovative and inclusive leader of people, programs, and projects. As the lead for customer and digital experience at HUD, he brings the Department nearly twenty years of expertise implementing customer experience initiatives, strategic plans, IT/digital solutions, communication campaigns, business policies/procedures, and training sessions. Joe has extensive experience leading change and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful results and solve challenging problems. He is committed to putting people first and customers at the heart of the organization.
