Julius Chang PMP, CCNP

Julius has been delivering sophisticated IT solutions to meet public sector infrastructure, security, and data management needs for more than 15 years. He began his career improving state government IT services at the University of Maryland before working at USDA and FDIC. At GrantSolutions.gov Julius is currently leading the development of Recipient Data Insights, a risk management tool set to launch in fall of 2021. Recipient Data Insights gathers key data regarding grant recipients from a variety of data sources and integrates risk management intelligence with financial assistance award processes to support robust, data-driven decision-making. Julius is also working on developing services focused on evaluating program outcomes; providing agencies automated tools to collect program management outcome data and report on broad program performance metrics over the life of a grant. This data is used to help improve program evaluation and future grant award decisions through predictive analytics.
