Justin Palacios is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte's Cyber & Strategic Risk practice, with 20+ years of service and experience within the HHS, DoD, and Intelligence communities. He is an experienced and innovative cybersecurity professional with extensive knowledge in end-to-end IT systems security, the software development lifecycle, and cyber threat intelligence. Additionally, Justin has 10+ years of experience providing direct support to Federal Law Enforcement investigations. Justin currently leads Deloitte’s Dynamic Adversary Intelligence team, conducting daily technical analytics of NetFlow data records to identify malware, advanced persistent threats, malicious, and anomalous activity. He leads adversary detect and respond efforts, relying on open-source intelligence feeds, technical indicators, and his knowledge of dark net forums and marketplaces.
