Karinne R. Davidson, MBA, began her career with the VA in 2010. Prior to accepting the position of Lead Administrative Officer with the National Center for Ethics in Health Care, she served as Chief, Voluntary Service for the Fargo VA Health Care System and VISN 23 liaison to VACO Voluntary Service. Ms. Davidson joined Fargo VAs Preventive Ethics (PE) team in 2013 and served as the PE Coordinator from 2015 to 2020. Ms. Davidson holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND and is a graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Relations/Mass Communications with a minor in Political Science.
