Generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as ChatGPT, are leading this charge of AI capabilities. But what is GenAI? Why use it and when? And most importantly, how can it be used to improve daily functions within the CFO organization?

• AI in Finance Organizations – while RPA and other intelligent automation tools are being used regularly in finance organizations – AI will be the wave of the future, and CFOs have an opportunity to lead the charge in public sector. • GenAI – Generative AI technologies are all the rage – but how can they be used in public sector to change the way we do work? Can they be added to existing automation capabilities? What are some key GenAI use cases? Can it really have a large impact? • While automation cannot replicate human judgment or analytical capabilities, introducing GenAI or other Low Code AI is the logical next step to advancement. • AI can be complicated and expensive, and it requires highly skilled employees to develop and maintain the software. In contrast, readily available GenAI and low code AI software is suitable for a wide variety of applications and can be deployed faster and cheaper than regular AI.
