Katherine M. Hax is the Risk Management Program Manager at the Office of Personnel Management. Prior to joining OPM Ms. Hax served as the Director, Risk Management and Compliance in the Office of Grants Management in the Administration for Children and Families at the Department of Health and Human Services. She worked as a contractor at the US Department of State for several years. She is CPA with over thirty years of experience in risk management, auditing, fraud investigations, and management consulting.
