Katherine is a manager in Grant Thornton Public Sector. She has 20 years of experience delivering organizational change management, strategic communications, and culture transformation services. Katherine’s a Solution Leader for the Public Sector’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility Team.
Prior to Grant Thornton, Katherine worked for a mix of clients in the non-profit, education, and private sector arenas both domestically and abroad in Germany and Hong Kong. She’s a contributor to Fortune Magazine online where she writes content on leadership, employee engagement, and diversity.
Katherine graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where she holds both her MBA and MS in Marketing degrees. She also holds a BS in Business from Virginia Union University and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University.
