Kathryn Aughenbaugh CGFM, CPA, CDFM

Kate is a Staff Accountant with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Prior to joining VA in 2021, Kate had accumulated 16 years of Federal accounting experience working with the IRS, Department of the Navy, and DFAS. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University and a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a member of AGA and previously served as the Secretary for the Washington DC chapter.
