Kathryn Gillis

Kathryn currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Budget and Acquisitions for the Federal Trade Commission. In this role, she oversees the Enterprise Risk Management program along with Budget and Acquisition activities for the agency. Kathryn has worked with the federal government for thirty-one years. Prior to joining the Federal Trade Commission, she held several positions within the Department of Defense, Corporations for National and Community Services, General Services Administration, and the Federal Housing Administration. She brings over twenty years of financial management experience specializing in financial operations, reporting, and enterprise risk management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Professional Accounting.
