Katy is the Director of Administration and Talent Management at TennCare, the State of Tennessee’s managed Medicaid agency. Katy had led various modernization efforts to ensure the business units within Administration and Talent Management align with TennCare’s strategic vision, with an emphasis on Human Resources. Throughout Katy’s career, she has a proven track record providing key strategies and training programs to teams to create and maintain high performing organizations, as well as streamlining corporate internal processes and policies to integrate performance management, financial operations, and business operations to optimize the employee experience.
