Kathy Stack

Kathy Stack is a Senior Fellow at the Federation of American Scientists and at Yale University’s Tobin Center for Economic Policy. Her work focuses on strengthening capacity of federal, state, and local governments to use data, evidence, and innovation to improve the impact of government investments in social programs. Prior to leaving federal service in 2015, Kathy spent 27 years at the White House Office of Management and Budget overseeing education, workforce, human services, and evidence-based policy initiatives.
