Katie Armstrong, CPA, CGFM, CFE is the Assistant Director of Administration for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury, Division of Local Government Audit. Katie manages the administrative operations for the division including budgeting, human resources, audit fees, strategic planning and facilities management. She also oversees the operation of the certified financial officer programs.
