Keith Conquest

Keith Conquest has worked for and with the public sector in a number of high-capacity positions for 30+ years. He currently serves as the Business Development (BD) Senior Executive for Defense Agencies Accounts at IBM. Prior to his employment in the private sector, Keith was a Federal employee for 10 years where he led teams to implement and integrate Federal Financial Solutions at the Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service; the Environmental Protection Agency; and the Peace Corps of the United States. It is during his tenure as a Director of Financial Systems at the Peace Corps that Keith learned his values of “doing what’s best for the customer”. This value has served him well in all professional capacities since. Keith began his private sector experience as the Product Director for the Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) from its inception in 1994 until his departure in 2002. Under his direction, Oracle built and launched the original Federal eBS applications and expanded the solution footprint by identifying solutions to acquire and building integrations with other third-party products. Before joining IBM, Keith spent a significant number of years at SRA/CSRA as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for ERP Business Systems Solutions and as the Senior Business Development Manager at CACI delivering major Federal E2E systems for FM, HCM, SCM, PPB&E, Acquisitions Management, Grants, Assets, and Loans, as well as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Appian solutions.
