Kelli Kitch is a Customer Solution Director for SAP Public Services. Kelli started her career working in local government and then transitioned to a position in the business office of a school district where she managed business software implementations. This led to a consulting position assisting other local governments and school districts in their software journey. For the last 19 years, Kelli has been a solution specialist for SAP Public Services, helping both State and Local as well as Federal organizations in identifying software solutions to satisfy customer business challenges.
