Kelly Fahel

Mrs. Kelly Fahel has over 19 years of experience supporting federal government clients in both accounting and IT auditing, in addition to commercial clients in cybersecurity and auditing. She is the IT Director at Castro & Company LLC where she leads the IT Audit and Advisory practices in performing financial statement audits, FISMA audits, and OMB A-123 engagements.

Kelly was a Director with KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice where she led IT audits and advisory engagements for federal government clients. She also supported the implementation of a financial system for a federal agency while with CACI. Kelly began her professional career as a finance officer and an auditor in the Office of Inspector General at the Central Intelligence Agency.

Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Information Technology Professional. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and received an international business certificate.
