Kichelle Joseph is a Supervisory Program Manager within the Chief Financial Officer’s Immediate Office (IO) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with over 23 years of experience serving across federal agencies. Kichelle Joseph graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Howard University and later received a Master of Science in Computer/ Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Maryland University College. Prior to joining the Food and Drug Administration she led the development of the National Health Security Stakeholder Update and Evaluation Framework at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to guide the strategic direction and assess the whole community capabilities towards a stronger national health security. Additionally, she managed the HHS Continuity of Operations Exercise Program to support department-wide planning and policy development. In 2011 she joined HHS as a Senior Program Analyst, and in 2015, began working at the Office of Finance, Budget, Acquisitions, and Planning (OFBAP) within FDA to transform innovative business practices.
