Ms. Kim Laurance
U.S. Department of Defense, Acting Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kim Laurance is the Acting Deputy Chief Financial Officer in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). She serves as the principal advisor to the Chief Financial Officer, and to Defense senior leaders, for matters involving the amended Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990 and related financial management reforms.
Ms. Laurance has more than 26 years of service to the Department of Defense. She holds a MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Accounting from Troy State University. She is an active member of AGA and the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
