Kirke has extensive experience in leading large programs supporting technology enablement, low code platforms, intelligent automation, information systems security, information technology risk management, business process reengineering and financial management across Federal, state, and local government. He holds multiple certifications (PMP, CISSP, CISA, CGFM, CGEIT, CRISC) and has published multiple thought leadership papers and articles. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on the subject of AI, low code, and intelligent automation.
