Kristen Vaughan is a Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services, leading the Human Capital Practice. She brings 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, organization design, HR processes and systems, change enablement, and process improvement. Her work at Accenture has centered on large scale business transformation efforts to prepare organizations for new processes and technology through transformational change. Ms. Vaughan works across the federal sector with clients to understand organizational and workforce challenges and help solve issues across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. Her primary area of focus has been in the Department of Defense with clients across the Armed Services, the Intelligence Community, and the 4th Estate. She combines her extensive human capital experience with business process knowledge to help solve key workforce issues for clients. Ms. Vaughan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from The College of William & Mary. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach focusing on one-on-one and group coaching for executives. Ms. Vaughan lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and 3 kids and enjoys running, playing soccer, cooking, and cheering for the Washington Redskins, Nationals, and Capitals.
