Lacy Perry

Lacy Perry currently leads the State Department and USAID Visa and IT (VIT) Sector at CGI. Ms. Perry has almost 20 years of experience working with federal agencies including State Department, USAID, and USTDA to manage overseas projects and programs. Her work includes managing an IT-enabled BPO contract serving citizens in over 70 countries, identifying market opportunities for US businesses in the ICT sector in Africa, and coordinating training programs with US agencies and US private companies for leaders from developing countries in IT and IT policy practice areas. Ms. Perry holds a Master of Arts in International communication and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University.
