Leo Tudela serves as the acting Director of the Analysis and Evaluation Division for the U.S. Small Business Administration where he leads a team of evaluation professionals, data scientists and economists in support of the Evidence Act. He has deep expertise in strategic planning and performance management. Leo’s certifications include Project Management Professional, Strategic Planning Professional, and Senior Business Analyst. In addition to public service, Leo has been a serial entrepreneur. He owned multiple businesses and is the former CEO/equity partner of a national franchise system which was recognized under each year of his tenure as an Entrepreneur magazine Franchise 500 company. He strongly believes that private/public partnerships are essential for a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
