Mr. Leonel Robles CGFM

LCDR Leonel Robles is a 2005 graduate of Rutgers University and commissioned in the U.S. Coast Guard in 2007 via Officer Candidate School. He also holds an MBA from the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MS Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He serves in the Office of Financial Systems Business Requirements at Coast Guard Headquarters. He is the lead for the Project Accounting Line of Business in the USCG FSMS implementation. Additionally, he has led two separate financial system acquisitions at USCG. Prior to his current assignment, LCDR Robles was a rotary wing aviator and fled the MH-65 helicopter.
