Lindsay Boyes

Lindsay Boyes is a Senior Manager leading the development and implementation of Amtrak’s Fraud Risk Management Program. During her career, Ms. Boyes has advised organizations on development of Fraud Risk Management activities in alignment with GAO and COSO frameworks to build sustainable processes, tools, and technological solutions to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud. Ms. Boyes works cross-functionally with numerous internal stakeholders to enhance controls and to cultivate a risk-resilient and ethical culture. Prior to joining Amtrak in 2022, Lindsay spent over 13 years as an auditor and consultant conducting audits, forensic investigations, and compliance reviews in both the public and private sector.
