Lisa is currently the Lead Grants Management Specialist for the Build America Bureau Technical Assistance Division grant programs: Thriving Communities Program, Rural and Tribal Assistance Pilot Program, Regional Infrastructure Accelerators, and Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program. In addition to providing oversight, Lisa helped set up and standardize processes for these grant programs. Lisa has been in DOT grants management for 7 years, previously working in the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU).
