Lorraine Williams

Lorraine Williams is the Director for Operations in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). She is responsible for the budgetary formulation and execution of almost 40 percent of the Department of Defense's annual budget related to the Operation and Maintenance programs for the Military and Defense Agency budgets as well as the Contingency and International Programs including emergency supplemental funding requests, inter-agency funding requirements, international funding requirements for NATO and other coalition and humanitarian support.
