Lucas Daniel Boyce, MBA is a Public Servant, Author & Motivational Speaker. He currently works for Orange County Florida Government and serves as the Assistant to the County Administrator. He advises the County Administrator on a variety of public policy issues and provides analytical, technical, and managerial support. Lucas also contributes to and participates in the strategic planning process to establish the future direction and long-term goals of Orange County. Lucas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Speech Communication from the University of Central Missouri in July of 2003 & graduated with his MBA from Rollins College in May of 2013.
