Ms. Lydia Gizdavcic

Lydia K. Gizdavcic is currently a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at MITRE (A Federally Funded Research & Development Center), specializing in Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). She has knowledge in the formulation and review of Major IT Business Cases and has most recently been working to support the development of Technology Business Management (TBM) for civilian agencies, such as the Census Bureau’s multi-billion-dollar Decennial Program. She has also supported several CPIC needs within the Department of Treasury, including the IRS, FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network), The US Mint and FMS (Financial Management Service), as well as the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Energy. Prior to working with MITRE, Lydia was the Budget Examiner within the Budget office of the Department of Treasury for IRS’ IT Appropriation.
