Lynn Moaney

Lynn Moaney is Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture overseeing all financial management activities and over 1,000 employees. Previous oversight areas have included policy and planning, internal controls, Shared Cost programs, and Working Capital Fund. Prior to her current position, she was DCFO at the Federal Communications Commission responsible for financial systems, budget, and reporting. She has over 30 years’ experience leading organizational initiatives and is a Fed100 award recipient and FedScoop 50 nominee for innovation in Robotics Process Automation. Ms. Moaney received her bachelor’s degree from Howard University and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
