With a decades-long career at the intersection of finance, accounting, and oversight, Ms. Miller has built a distinguished track record of shaping policy and financial accountability at the highest levels of government. Currently serving at the Department of War (DoW) in the Pentagon, she leads critical portfolios that encompass sensitive activities, loans and loan guarantees, and public-private partnerships; ensuring that every dollar entrusted to the DoW is managed with absolute integrity, strict adherence to congressional mandates, and alignment with national security priorities. Prior to Ms. Miller’s work at the Pentagon, she reinforced strategic governance efforts on a national scale at the Department of the Interior, ensuring complex financial policies seamlessly aligned with broader federal objectives. Additionally, as a leadership fellow in the White House Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), she played a pivotal role in implementing transformative policy improvements across federal agencies in support of the administration's Management Agenda.
