Mark Donar leads a business development team within CGI Federal’s Strategic Operations Group. With nearly 30 years of Department of Defense experience, Mark has been recognized for fostering a culture of transparency, emotional intelligence, and intentional thinking to drive organizational success. In his current role, he leads a team of subject matter experts who partner with CGI Federal Business Units to support mission outcomes and drive profitable growth. Mark is a former United States Marine who has successfully led organizations of various sizes through complex and high-stakes situations.
