Mark Flugge

Dr. Flugge is CGI Federal’s Sustainability and Climate Change Lead. Mark has advised global organizations and federal agencies on greenhouse gas emissions, climate change, and biodiversity issues for more than 15 years. He leads CGI’s Federal Sustainability Services practice, helping agencies meet their sustainability commitments while responding and adapting to the impacts and risks of climate change. He also counsels CGI Federal on how to achieve their own net-zero targets and comply with sustainability requirements as a major government contractor. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a Doctorate degree in Atmospheric Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
