Matt Voit
Assistant Director, GAO
Matt Voit is an Assistant Director at the U.S. Government Accountability Office in its Physical Infrastructure team. He has led and overseen GAO reviews of surface transportation and other infrastructure issues, such as the management of the federal-aid highway program and Department of Transportation discretionary grant programs. Matt joined GAO in March 2008. Prior to joining GAO, he held positions at the Federal Aviation Administration and the General Services Administration. Matt received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Economics and International Relations and holds a master’s degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
