He has supported the C-suite and program offices, where he has effectively collaborated with senior executives to design and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Matthew has leveraged data analytics to drive informed decision-making, uncover insights that reduce and mitigate fraud, waste, and abuse, and improve sound financial management practices. Matthew helps lead the Deloitte Program Integrity business that focuses on good government, mission support, and good stewards of taxpayer funds.
