Melinda Morgan

Melinda Bell Morgan is a retired Director of Finance for the U.S. Department of Justice. She continues to advocate for effective financial management and giving back to the community, through a variety of local organizations that help make a difference in community outreach, faith-based opportunities, and civic local government, She continues to stay involved in Virginia's Peninsula AGA Chapter and its successful state-wide PDT events. She received the National PDT Volunteer of the Year award last year and is excited to return to the AGA National PDT to reconnect with colleagues and lifelong friends!
