Mequoria Bowden

Mequoria Bowden is the Chief of Administration, for Delaware Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) for the State of Delaware. Overseeing the administrative operations of DSAMH with knowledge and experience in accounting, auditing, finance, payroll, grant management, monitor state and federal budget, operation and capital budget submission, reporting, and develop policies and procedures. She has earned an Associate Degree in Human Services and Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Delaware Technical Community College, Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science, a Master of Business Administration Degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from Wilmington University. Her personal goals are to continue to serve as a leader for her division/department by the continuous display of hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude. She has the same determination as the President of the Delaware Chapter of AGA. She will hold a new role as the NCC Rep and looks forward to applying for future roles in AGA such as the Director of Chapters. She enjoys spending time with her family and during her free time she is a home interior and event decorator.
