Meshach Keye is an Office of Federal Financial Management Fellow within the Executive Office of the President. He leads the intragovernmental transactions portfolio. He led A-123 internal controls and compliance assessment for the funds management and purchase card business processes at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Meshach is a graduate from the Presidential Management Fellowship Class of 2013 program and has experience in financial management operations and procurement policy. He received his Master of Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Public Procurement and Contract Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Old Dominion University.
