Mr. Michael Beaupre

Executive Director, Total Force Directorate, Defense Contract Management Agency

Mr. Michael Beaupre serves as the Executive Director of the Total Force Directorate, Defense Contract Management Agency; serving as the principal authoritative advisor and assistant to the Agency Director, Deputy Director and Senior Leadership Team, regarding DCMA’s Human Capital, Military and Reserve Personnel and the Combat Support Agency programs, missions and responsibilities. The Executive Director has principal responsibility and accountability for developing, adapting, implementing and maintaining Civilian and Military Human Resource Management programs, polices and operational procedures for the Agency. Mr. Beaupre has over 25 years of professional leadership experience in human capital, program, and operations management in challenging and highly competitive environments. Prior to coming to DCMA, Mr. Beaupre served as the Administrator of DLA Human Resources Services (DHRS), the operational arm of DLA’s J1, which provides direct HR support to more than 25,000 civilian and military employees of DLA and nearly 27,000 customers in other defense agencies. Mr. Beaupre retired from the Army after 22 years of honorable service. Mr. Beaupre is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institutes Leadership for a Democratic Society program. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, Army Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award), Army Commendation Medal (11th Award) and was selected as the Secretary of the Army’s Career Counselor of the Year in 2005.
