Dr. Michael G. Gelles, managing director at Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory, is an expert in insider threat management, specializing in cyber and physical security risks. He has developed over 75 insider threat programs, including Deloitte’s own, using a data-driven approach to enhance security based on client strategy, operations, workforce, and culture. Dr. Gelles is also a published author and frequent speaker on insider threat and threat assessment.
