Michael Hall

Mike Hall is a Vice President at Deloitte with over 13 years of experience supporting and leading complex data analytics engagements for both federal and State clients in the labor, healthcare, nutrition assistance, financial services, national security, and healthcare industries. He is currently the technology lead and solution owner for identity and program specific analytics for different State and Local benefit programs. Mike is also one of the co-founders and creators of Deloitte’s Program Integrity Analytics platform, Pallium™. Pallium is an end-to-end fraud detection solution which includes analytics, reporting, and case management to provide the technological backbone to any program integrity agencies charge to identify and more importantly prevent transactional fraud.
